Servsafe approval	ServSafe is an approved program in the state (Print, CD-ROM, on-line exam with a proctor)

Certification Fee	$28

Instructor Requirements	Have to become an administrator with the state of Minnesota and also become registered with the state.

Code requirement	One certified manager is required per facility- could vary per jurisdiction

Hours of Instruction	Hours per jurisdiction may vary for certification. 4 hours of contact time required for recertification

Certification Renewal	Every 3 years. Student must complete 4 contact hrs, fill out application, remit with $28 fee and proof of completion of contact hours.
