Code requirementIn order to receive the 2 additional points during inspection a manager or other employee responsible for operation of that facility and who is a full time employee there has completed the food service sanitation program approved by the department within the past 3 years.

Hours of Instruction12 hours to qualify for 2 point bonus on inspection (Online cannot be used for the 2-point bonus program)

Certification RenewalEvery 3 years in order to receive the 2 addtional points- requirements vary at jurisdictional level
