How do I take the exam if it’s not in my native language?
If the exam is not available in your native language, you can utilize a native language to English dictionary during the exam. You can also inform your instructor of the issue before attending the class and request that your instructor submit a Request for Exam Accommodation form to potentially have the exam read aloud.
Are there state-specific requirements for the ServSafe Alcohol Examinations?
Several states require that supplemental information and, in some cases, a state-specific quiz be administered during a responsible alcohol service class. How can I print my certificate?
All examinees with a current certificate are able to download or print an eCertificate. Log on to ServSafe.com, click on the Certificates tab, and can choose the "Download certificate" option to print the certificate. You can also request a certificate be mailed to you directly via US Postal Service for a fee of $10.
What do I do if I think something is wrong with the exam results I receive?
Submit an Answer Sheet Review Form to the Service Center. The Service Center will investigate your request and typically respond within five to seven business days of receiving the form.
As a ServSafe Alcohol Instructor or Proctor, how can I see the exam scores for all the examinees in my exam session?
Results are posted to ServSafe.com within 3 to 4 business days after the National Restaurant Association receives the completed Exam Information Form and Answer Sheets. Online exam results are available within 1 business day or as soon as the proctor submits the exam to be graded. Proctors and examinees who provide valid email addresses will receive notices once scores are available. You can view your results online by logging in to Check Your Exam Score, or print out and return a Certificate, You may also obtain your exam score from the person your instructor or proctor designated as the official score and certificate distributor. Certificate distributors may be your instructor or proctor, the class sponsor, or possibly your employer.
