You can view all of your Exam Access Codes by selecting My Exam Access Codes under the My Purchases section on the My Account page. The following information is available to help you manage your Exam Access Codes:

• Exam Access Code
• Exam Access Code Status
• Date Redeemed
• Person Name
• Exam Results
• Exam scores are not available for viewing under My Exam Access Codes. Only Pass/Fail results are available. If you were the proctor for the exam, you are able to view exam scores by going to View Student Exam Scores.

Yes. Unused courses are valid for one year from the date of purchase. Once a course has been started:

• ServSafe Food Handler courses must be completed in 60 days.
• ServSafe Manager and ServSafe Alcohol courses must be completed in 90 days.

After a course has expired, a student will not be able to access that course. A new one will need to be purchased. Online courses are not refundable and expiration dates cannot be extended.

No, certificates are only available for printing by the person who took the examination. You will need to ask the examinee to provide you a copy of the certificate.

Purchase the online course. There are three ways to assign an online course:

• By Email Address
• By ServSafe User ID
• By creating and giving a student a course key

To assign a courses, go to Course Activities on Course Management, select the course, then click the Assign Courses tab under Management Options.
