Certification process

The Service Center will work to promptly (within 30 calendar days) resolve all administrative complaints received pertaining to the validity, reliability, security or integrity of the National Restaurant Association Solutions Certification Examination Program. The department will work to resolve complaints within 30 calendar days. This doesn’t include exam appeals or certificate revocations and appeals.

You may contact the Service Center regarding the status or results of your complaint 30 calendar days after submitting your complaint.
