Serve a critical role in the ServSafe Alcohol® certification process. ServSafe Alcohol Online Proctors administer only the ServSafe Alcohol Proctored Online Exam.

Registered ServSafe Alcohol Online Proctors do not teach the course or proctor the print version of the exam. Learn more about becoming a ServSafe Alcohol Approved Instructor.

STEPS TO BECOME A REGISTERED SERVSAFE ALCOHOL ONLINE PROCTOR

STEP 1: READ

THE EXAM POLICIES AND PROCEDURES HANDBOOK FOR THE SERVSAFE ALCOHOL EXAM.

STEP 2: COMPLETE THE SERVSAFE ALCOHOL ONLINE PROCTOR APPLICATION

You must meet the requirements outlined on the application. Please print clearly. Download the application.

STEP 3: FAX YOUR APPLICATION

Send your completed form to Customer Care via Fax Number 866-665-9570.
