The Advanced Test is an online, open-book, non-proctored test. This new requirement is designed to help ensure Instructor and Dual Role designees are equipped with information that the helps to engage examinees, while demonstrating their food safety knowledge and confidently answer questions frequently asked by students.
Note: This Exam can be taken a total of three times in a 12-month period. There is no waiting period between retest attempts. Individuals must score a 90% in order to pass.
